“ban shorting ONLY of Financials, if shorting is evil, then is evil”

Some people really enjoy using feedback as a means to share their thoughts on a popular issue of the day. There really isn’t a response more appropriate then “Thank you for your feedback.”

WHy ban shorting ONLY of Financials, if shorting is evil, then is evil for one and all.

BTW, I remember when it was possible to research online which insiders and institutions were holding short positions of their own corp’s equities…and when we could read the M3 money statistic, too. Wonder why access to all of this data has been restricted. Since 2001, the only accessible info is the odd lot list, which hels the big fish aim at smaller fish, especially if they are trading odd lots long.
