“cushion, it would make noise like the spring had gotten rust”

reddit does a lot of stuff, but it’s a lousy auto repair company.

to whom it may concern,

to voice my dissatisfaction of the service of the car.
toyota’s brand imply some quality to me for some time till now.  Probably expectation is high of me and that cause the gap of expectations.
However, at least it provide me the basic comfort entitled to.

First, it is the noise of the brake when i reverse the car.  It produces the squeaky sound which is quite annoying. Complaints after complaints, still the noise is there.  The most it last is 1 month after fixing and the noise came back.  That wonders me why i pay for the service in your centre. Mind you it is a new car and it has been driven nicely around town most of the time.

Secondly, the other ‘sound’ that the car produce is the back seat of the car when a person (about 70kg) sit on the cushion, it would make noise like the spring had gotten rust. It give me the impression the parts of the car is sourced from the ‘imitation’ shops.

Due to this problems and dissatisfaction, it cause myself to come back to the service centre more than 1 time to re-fix the noise and others. This is really unnecessary and time consuming for me as i too got other work to do.

i have always look high upon the brand Toyota but now have second thought about it in terms of the workmanship and the parts inside the cars.

Just hopo the noise is not there especially to a new car.
And, also not to have come back to tell the same problem to the centre.
