“left the guild becuase of raiding/herioc issues and im having the same filling baout that”

I never did get too into guild life during my World of Warcraft stint.  I saw it get ugly enough during my Everquest days that I vowed never return.  Let me introduce the n00bz in the audience to the drama that is guild management.  See how long you can keep reading until you reach some punctuation.

Hey guys i have seen our guild fall apart becuase of raiding people are always fighting who is in the raid or who is not in the raid we have put together 2 new kara group’s and they are not working we have group 1 who are going fine who have people who are alwayes on for the raid and in group 2 we have [redacted]/[redacted] who has left the guild becuase of raiding/herioc issues and im having the same filling baout that to group 2 hasnt been to kara for awhile snoops is hardly on cause of real life/work/girlfirend/and sport and we have a couple of people in group 2 they are never on cause of work like strudel who is a tank and we only have 1 healer [redacted] now and i have come to the point that i want a new guild who can organise raids and make sure thoes people are on for thoes days/nights so everyone can raid and i want to raid more not come hope do my homework and other stuff log on wow and we dont have enought people for kara we are loesing people ever y week from our guild we invite people dont take them on a run and they just leave and there is a guild out there for me and they are all nice people and the guild leader alwayes ask me to go to a raid if she needs dps for gruul’s SSC/Tempest Keep and there is more and the guild said to me my guild order of elites people are good geared people they have good healer’s and dps and tanks and immortalz said to me and spar there is a open spot there for us they alwayes need a good shadow priest and mage for raids becuase they are alwayes shore 2 or 3 people for a 25man and i have thought it throught and i really want a better raiding guild no matter what i love this guild people are so firendly but i can see i can be doing bigger raids and so can all of us but alot of people in our guild are busy with work when i stay at [redacted]’s house he is non stop working and i know [redacted] and [redacted] are like that and i think its time for me to go to a new guild who raids atleast 2 to 4 times a week and has kara and gruul’s and mag’s on farm and i would love to be raiding bigger raids. thank you guys [redacted]
