I went to the Baskin-Robbins At Florin and Riverside in Sacramento. Apparently there is a new owner, and I’ve never seen such small scoops, and I’ve been to a lot of BR stores. This has been a favorite spot for my family, mainly because of the upbeat kids that work there. They do not look very happy and quite frankly, it takes the joy out of the experience.
